Reiki as a system of traditional hands-on healing energy has been taught in the West since the 1930’s and has helped many people to restore health, implement changes on all levels and create balance in their life by offering a different perspective. It also enables you to assist others in first-aid situations and to relieve pain in chronic conditions. Rei-ki does not follow a specific believe system and is not connected to any religion.

Reiki is safe, easy for everyone to learn, a life-long gift and with you wherever you are.

An in depth explanation about where Reiki is coming from, what it is and what it is not.

How to apply Reiki to yourself or someone else

By the end of this course you will be confident in treating the appropriate body positions on yourself and on others as well as in group sessions.

The secret language of our body

Understand the hidden messages behind a disease, your body is communicating with you - learn to interpret the messages

The First Degree Reiki Attunements

Over the course you will receive 4 attunements, which will give you life-long access to the Reiki energy. Ideally the attunements are spread over two consecutive half days to ensure a smooth adjustment of the body. The course for domestic helpers will take up only one Sunday due to their restricted free time.

A maximum of 6 students per course will ensure individual and intensive teaching.
