The therapy works on the premise that the cause of a client’s physical and/or psychological ailments might result from a trauma has been experienced in an earlier existence, or at any rate, by some sort of personal ordeal buried deep within the subconscious level.
The session begins by exploring what the client wants to work on; this could be a physical or an emotional issue. In order to find the root of the problem the therapist then regresses the client back into a past life related to that issue.
Often chronic physical problems, long existing negative thought or behavioral patterns can be traced back to a past live where a trauma or unfinished business has not been resolved. These traumatic events then could be recreated in the current life and are brought to our awareness through various symptoms like chronic headaches, sore throats, panic attacks, negative thought patterns, obsessions or extreme reactions to normal events.
Not only will a past life be explored in a safe and relaxed environment – related current life issues will be addressed during the session as well to make sure that healing can happen on all levels and the client can gain an understanding about the current life situation.
